Hi Scott, I’m sure you’re already aware that you have an awesome team, but I just wanted to take the time to tell you how awesome Alex and Fabio are and how much we appreciate them, your company and everything they/you do for us! Alex and Fabio are so nice and accommodating to work with. I’ve never worked with a vendor who’s so courteous AND reliable, normally you get one or the other. They go above and beyond to make things happen for us. Even with the hurricane coming through last week/this week, I don’t even know if you guys have power back yet, all of our orders were still fulfilled and they were on top of everything Tuesday morning. I fully expected some orders to be delayed and was highly impressed by their effort to prevent this from happening. So I just wanted to say THANK YOU so much and tell you how awesome they are.
